The Many, Many Curious Cases of Benjamin Button Because it was published before January 1, 1923, F. Scott Fitzgerald's The Curious Case of Benjamin Button is in the public domain. And because of the film, a slew of new editions has been released in the last few months. Here's a mix of US and UK covers, most of them pretty horrible.

Process
Begin by looking at the content of the webblog and get a sense of the content. Next look at lots and lots of other books within and without the genre and use existing books as your model and refer to actual book covers often to see how copy is handled and laid out.
For the final present three designs - all typographic - type and image(s) - image that bleeds and type

This assignment probably would work best if its about a person place or thing. but go with what you have. Approach this assignment as if it is a film. To help you visualize and to inspire I highly recommend picking up a copy and reading the Medium is the Message by Marshal McLuhan and Quentin Fiore.
For your imagery, does it have to be photos? can it be illustrations? can they be from various sources, can you create graphics using type or graphic icons?
What about color? sequencing can be emphasized by the use of color

The interior is full of great, almost charming examples of analogue / typewriter modernism, with tipped in colored paper sections, concrete poetry and high contrast stat-camera photos, all bearing a heavy Quentin Fiore influence. It simply exudes thoughtfulness and seriousness, with subtle details and the unique visual presentation of each article. Despite the wear and tear on my particular copy, this would look as fresh as anything else on you’d see in the literary/arts journal section of the newstand
